为解决装配式塔筒结构预制构件竖直拼缝问题,该文提出一种新型装配式预制拼缝结构,由外钢板、内填混凝土、双T形剪力板、连接板、螺栓组成,基于此种设计方法设计了8个装配式预制钢-混凝土组合塔筒竖缝连接试件,同时设计了1个整板现浇结构作为对比试件,开展了装配式预制结构竖缝连接剪切试验,从双T形剪力板与外钢板距离、波纹板角度、双T形剪力板伸出长度3个方面来研究所设计拼缝连接结构的抗剪性能.试验结果表明:双T形剪力板与外钢板距离越远,即剪力板离试件中心越近,试件承载力越高,可提升3.9%~29.4%;双T形剪力板侧板采用波纹板结构比采用平板结构抗剪承载力大,可提升承载力约9%~27.1%;从试验整体来看,双T形剪力板伸出长度对试件极限抗剪承载力影响不大;此新型装配式拼缝连接结构抗剪承载力不如整板现浇结构抗剪承载力高.
