硅烷偶联剂对纳米氧化锌表面改性的机理研究

摘要:

根据偶联剂改性无机粒子的作用机理,提出了一个硅烷偶联剂接枝在氧化锌表面的结构模型,用Gaussian03对两种硅烷偶联剂接枝在纳米氧化锌表面的模型进行了理论计算,结果表明,KH550和KH560能与纳米氧化锌表面结合而达到改性的目的,KH560的效果更好.实验与理论计算的结果相吻合.

Abstract:

Based on the functional mechanism of coupling agents grafted on inorganic particles,a structure of modified on nano-zinc oxide by silane coupling agent grafting was proposed,two silane coupling agents structures were calculated by Gaussian 03.The calculation indicated that:coupling agene KH550 and KH560 were effective, KH560 was more suitable.The experiments matched well with calculation.
